Why is it so difficult for some people for share their interview availability? This is based on countless real life conversations I've had. Every recruiter has. Most folks understand how to answer the question and make it easy. But not everybody. When a recruiter calls with an interview request and asks about your interview availability, just make it easy and share the next 3 windows of time open on your calendar. Keep it simple. Why make it so painfully difficult for no good reason?
